LA Fashion Week hosted a series of runway shows Oct. 6-10 at the Petersen Automotive Museum. The event, one of several Los Angeles Fashion Week events held biannually in various venues across Los Angeles, included the presentation of the Moss Adams Fashion Innovator – MAFI – award by LA accounting firm Moss Adams.
2 Los Angeles label Bohemian Society is a one-of-a-kind collection that incorporates vintage and unconventional materials in art-driven piece which are produced in the designer’s downtown studio.
3 Martin Hughes, a Moss Adams partner and the firm’s National Practice Leader for Apparel, presented the MAFI award to eveningwear designer Elie Madi at LA Fashion Week on Oct. 6
4 Eveningwear collection Elie Madi received the MAFI award in recognition of the collection’s innovation and talent.
5 Sabrina Kay, chief executive of Fremont Private Investments, chancellor of Fremont College and member of the Petersen Automotive Museum board, presented a proclamation from the LA Mayor’s Office to Arthur Chipman, executive producer at LA Fashion Week.
